Must-Visit Attractions

We present a ranking very particular and subjective one hundred percent, as it can not be otherwise, because the way to enjoy an amusement park is something very personal. In this case, the point of view is familiar, parks that can please everyone and, above all, children. I’m sure there are many more, but here we show the ones we know and have especially liked.

  1. Europa Park (Rust, Germany)

Europa Park is little known to Spanish travelers. This magnificent amusement park is located near Fribourg and the border between Germany and France. It has attractions for all tastes, from the most familiar to the climbing roller coasters. Besides, it is very well set and decorated. It has good hotels near the park where it is worth spending some night. On the other hand, it can be the perfect complement for a family trip through the Black Forest and Alsace.

  1. Efteling (Kaatsheuvel, Netherlands)

Efteling is a real gem of Central European fairy tales hidden in the heart of Holland. Located in the middle of a forest, decorated with fairies, elves, leprechauns, and trolls are beautiful, different from the color we are used to by other more conventional parks. It also offers exciting and wonderful attractions. It has an amazing hotel where it is highly recommended to stay in one of its traumatized rooms. There is also the possibility to stay in other hotels and resorts with cabins. Perfect for a family trip to Holland.

  1. Port Aventura (Vila-Seca, Tarragona)

Port Aventura is an amazing park for the whole family, combining adrenaline-rich attractions like Shambhala and Dragon Khan with a children’s playground that enchants the younger ones. Their shows stand out and the great offer of restaurants, many of quality (something not very common in amusement parks). It has a wide range of hotels of different categories, and the experience can be completed with the visit to the Ferrari Land parks and, in summer, with the PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park.

  1. Disneyland Paris (Marne-La-Vallée, France)

Disneyland Paris can’t miss this list. Despite its excessive influx of audiences and its not always impeccable services (especially in restoration), the Great Disney park in Europe, infects the magic of Disney from the first minute. Under the watchful eye of the castle of the beautiful Dumiente, which dominates the park, there are parades, shows of light and sound and attractions. The Disney magic is complete with a wide range of themed hotels, restaurants, and shows outside the park. As a novelty this summer of 2019 you will be able to see the Festival of the King and the Jungle. Here are 12 tips to take advantage of your visit to Disneyland Paris.

  1. Walt Disney Studios (Marne-La-Vallée, France)

Walt Disney Studios is a must when visiting Disneyland Paris, as they are next to each other. Immersed in the typical scenery of Disney Studios, they surprise their magnificent special effects shows. Special attention is drawn to some mythical attractions such as the Aerosmith roller coaster, rock & roll, and the Tower of Terror with a spectacular fall.

  1. Legoland Germany (Gïnzburg, Germany)

Legoland Germany offers a complete Lego experience. The adventure starts by staying at the theme hotels at the entrance, all inspired by the mythical pieces of construction, where you can also find playgrounds and even a beach in a lake. It has fun attractions and a world created with Lego pieces that will delight fans of these color blocks. Other Lego parks in Billund (Denmark) and Windsor (England) can be visited in Europe.
